Options and Accessories for Variable Frequency Drives of Invertek
Additional equipment for frequency regulators is a very important part of our product and solution offer. Electro Pneumatic Solutions is a representative for sales and technical support of the manufacturer Invertek Drives and in the field of additional equipment for frequency converters. Most of the additional equipment is compatible with frequency regulators of the same manufacturer Invertek Drives, while one part of the equipment is compatible with frequency regulators of all manufacturers. Additional equipment makes it easier, first of all, to handle and start up the device, but it also provides new control options, such as all types of serial communication. In this sense, plug-in communication modules are available, compatible with Invertek Optidrive P2 and Optidrive Eco, namely:
--Profibus
--Profinet
--Modbus TCP
--DeviceNet
--Ethernet
Then, for closed-loop control, encoder accessories compatible with the Optidrive P2 frequency regulator are provided, especially applicable in applications where precise speed control and high torque at low speeds are required. There are also modules with additional options, such as additional digital inputs, additional relay outputs, generally additional I/O terminals, which can sometimes be crucial in meeting project requirements.
Additional options for power wiring are also available, such as input and output filters in IP20 and IP66 versions, depending on the specifics of the application, with different nominal currents and for different voltage levels. More details in the filter description itself.
As for the braking resistors, they are made in IP20 and IP55 versions and can be used for frequency regulators of all manufacturers, but they are specially designed for Invertek's frequency regulators and can be mounted in the cooler of the device.
EMC filters, against pronounced electromagnetic interference, are made in IP20 and IP66 degree of protection and can be used for frequency regulators of all manufacturers.
Easier handling, parameterization and commissioning is made possible primarily by the Optistick, whose role is to connect the frequency regulator with the software for settings and diagnostics called Optitools, which is free.
There are also external keyboards with a screen, when it is necessary that the number of revolutions of the engine or some other parameter is visible on the door of the electrical cabinet.
The classic RJ45 cables, which are also offered, establish control on the Master-Slave principle, which represents an intelligent and, above all, economical solution.
